ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS LTD.

Introducing our partners Engineering & Technology Solutions Limited, a company operating globally with headquarters in Lancashire, United Kingdom.

Engineering and Technology Solutions Ltd is the Group’s holding Company. Engineering Company researches, designs and develops industrial solutions related to ecology and energy. In particular, we are specialized in: WTE (waste to energy) with plasma technology. The Group directly develops the project management, design, acquisition and production of the materials / components necessary for the plant, takes care of the integration and coordination of a qualified network of specialized suppliers for the realization of the various components; thus managing the construction project as a whole and taking responsibility for it.

How does it work?
Plasma Molecular Dissociation involves the use of high-energy plasma to break down waste materials at the molecular level. This process converts solid waste into harmless gases and slag, reducing the volume of waste and eliminating harmful toxins and pollutants. The result is a clean and efficient disposal method that helps protect the environment and promote sustainability.

Key benefits:
- Environmentally friendly: By converting waste into harmless gases and slag, our Plasma Molecular Dissociation process significantly reduces the impact on the environment and helps to combat pollution.
- Sustainable: This innovative technology offers a sustainable solution to managing waste, helping to reduce landfill usage and promote a circular economy.
- Cost-effective: Our waste disposal solution is cost-effective in the long run, as it reduces the need for costly waste disposal services and landfill disposal fees.
- Versatile: Our Plasma Molecular Dissociation process can be used to dispose of a wide range of waste materials, including oilfield sludge, organic waste, plastics, and hazardous materials.

The transformation process will yield two types of product;

Vitrified Slag

Low in carbon content, is completely inert residue that accumulates at the bottom of the furnace helping to maintain the high temperature inside the Plasma Reactor chamber. If the slag is cooled by air, it forms black, glassy rocks that look like obsidian; they can be used in concrete or asphalt or can be turned into bricks or stone moulds for paving, and then air-cooled into ready-to-use building material.

Syngas

A mixture of several gases, mainly hydrogen and carbon monoxide. It can be used as a fuel source and some plants use it both to supply power to the plant and to sell excess electricity to the power grid. It can also be used as domestic cooking gas. Waste contains a large amount of potential energy; the Plasma Molecular Dissociation process allows engineers to convert potential energy into electrical energy. If the waste contains a lot of carbon-based material (in other words, organic waste), you will get more gas. Waste with a lot of inorganic material will not produce as much gas. For this reason, some plasma facilities sort waste before entering the system.
